Well, I don't think there is really much else to do with the site other than promote it. So that's a good thing. I've started to spread the word a little bit - but I need to get the business cards and really start getting the word out. 

Next weekend is my first concert with the Gay Men's Chorus - and I'm really nervous. But at the same time, I'm really excited to actually perform - in front of people - on a stage - who want to see me perform (or at least want to see the group of which I'm a part perform, if not me specifically). 

Also - I received my "Get Equal" iPhone case today - and I'm really excited about that. I will be sporting that quite proudly. I also purchased a button to put on my equality hat. Buy yours or find out more at www.getequal.org. 

And that is the only exciting news I have for today. Wow - this blog post is really boring. Does that say something about my life? 

I think I'll just pour myself a bourbon and watch The Birdcage. 

Movies are great - even when they're crap, you know?

My roommate and I went and saw "Battle: Los Angeles" last night - and even though the critics hated it, we both loved it. It's an action movie - what else do you want? Character development - please! It was awesome. Great special effects, acting was actually pretty decent, and they were fighting aliens - of course I will love it!

We came back home and had a blind whiskey taste test to see if we liked Bourbon, Scotch or Irish Whiksy best - something we have both been debating for awhile now. (Turns out I like Bourbon and he likes the Irish Whisky.) And we watched a movie from Netflix that was made in 1961 - which was horrible but awesome in it's horribleness. 

And now I get to drive into the Valley to have brunch with my friend Sherri. A great weekend so far!
