Today is National Take Our Daughters & Sons To Work Day.
If your company is participating, please take a moment to tell your HR person that you appreciate the hard work that they put in to planning events and activities to keep 70 kids (yes, seventy children) busy.
But, today I'm just going to count my blessings. Yesterday, there were major storms in the Southern US. I have a friend who lost his home in the tornado that hit Tuscaloosa. My thoughts and prayers go out to him and all those affected yesterday.
