So - when I was home, I was telling my dad about a friend who owns property. And my dad said "You know, you should look into buying property." And - of course - I laughed. Owning property is not on my radar right now - at least it wasn't... Any sane person would have laughed off the remark and not given it another thought. However, in the past two days, I have found myself thinking "I really should know more about purchasing property - just to know." or "If I found the right place at the right price, it might be roughly the same as my monthly rent."
These seem to me to be things that first-time property owners think. But then again, how would I know? I'm not a first-time property owner... yet!
