I'm also exhausted because we had rehearsal last night - the concert is this weekend, and I'm really excited and very nervous for it. It will be nice to perform again - and it will also be nice to have this concert over so we can start learning new music.
Every rehearsal we have, I find myself daydreaming about becoming a music teacher. It was what I was going to go to college for before I got accepted into Emerson. Anyway, I just wonder how different my life would be if I was a music teacher - still most likely living in Central Nebraska. It would just be so different. First - my numbers wouldn't be 122, they would be like 7 (if even) - so I should be thankful for that. Second - I would be closer to family which can be both good and bad (especially with how cranky I would be only having 7 potential matches in a search area roughly 77,400 square miles).
Alright - enough about that. Let's talk about the site! It's up - and I'm actively promoting it. I'm both extremely nervous and extremely excited about that. I need to get the business cards to hand out now.
Also, I sent an email to the folks at Weebly because the text on the home page isn't doing what I want it to do. So we'll see if that gets sorted out.
Other than that text issue and me needing to update the blog more, I think the site is seriously ready to go. I mean, sure, I wish the Twitter feed immediately to the right of this post was the correct size, but I don't know how to fix that either.
I'll learn. I will.
In the meantime - I'm excited for the "Game of Thrones" miniseries. I need to finish the book first though. Your Steve Scott fact of the day is that I like Sci-Fi books and I like to finish them before watching the movie or TV show. If this sounds like something you would enjoy hearing about over coffee - send me a message on the Contact Steve page!
